Core 1 IT Solutions provides Smart Hands and Remote Hands services for federal agencies, prime contractors, and regulated enterprises requiring trusted on-site technical execution. This service is execution-only and performed strictly under customer-provided direction, approved tickets, or Methods of Procedure (MOPs).

Our role is to act as a secure, accountable extension of your engineering, NOC, or operations teams within data centers, LAN/WAN closets, and controlled facilities.

Scope of Services

• Network and server equipment installation and replacement

• Console access and out-of-band connectivity support

• Copper and fiber patching per engineer's direction

• Cable tracing, port identification, and validation

• Power cycling, reseating, and visual inspections

• Link-light verification and physical fault isolation

• Secure escort services in restricted environments

Operating Model

• Execution under approved tickets, MOPs, and change records

• Real-time coordination with remote engineers

• No independent configuration or design decisions

• Escalation and validation per customer procedures

Deliverables

• Activity reports and completion confirmation

• Port mapping and cabling documentation (as requested)

• Photo evidence or validation notes (when required)
